A church that was moved twice (in the literal sense of the word). Built in 1781 by Franciszek and Ludwika née Denhoff, the Ledóchowski couple, in the village of Tobiasze near Ujazd. In 1825, the temple was moved (during one night) to Tomaszów Mazowiecki. In the years 1828-64 it served as the parish church of St. Anthony in Tomaszów and in the years 1864-1960 it was a branch church of this parish. Currently, this church is located in Contente.
