This is a very pleasant road to cycle on. The surface is great, the views on the left and the right are worth photographing. It is important to note that this road does get busy, especially in post-work hours (cannot comment about morning as I didn't ride here during those hours). If you are cycling towards LKH clinic from Kainbach, it is mostly a nice downhill until the end where the gradient is around -14%. Going the other way, you would have to tackle the steep and pretty long climb first.
