Hiking

In the heart of the city of Vohenstrauss, since the 14th century, the market square. After the great fire in 1839, the entire marketplace area was restructured and expanded in the following years. Today, the appealing city center invites to a small stroll and city tour. You should not miss a look into the historic town hall on the upper market square. A stately building that was completed in 1911 after two years of construction. Thus it was possible that Prince Regent Luitpold gave the market in 1912 again the city rights.
