It is no longer a chapel, but an exhibition hall. A very classy sign gives the explanation.
"This room was the chapel of the former Hôtel-Dieu from 1100-1910. Its construction, undertaken in 1562, was completed around 1600. The framework was donated by Catherine de Medici, Queen of France and Countess of Dreux".
