The lowest section of the road to Mochos. There's easy parking (and a place to stop for a bite to eat) at the Hotel Mare Monte. Then, through the gate, onto the well-maintained road. Unfortunately, there's an illegal garbage dump next to the highway...

Currently, access near the "Villa Mare Monte" is closed due to "explosion hazard", so we had to take the Bulgarian trail from Stalida up to Mochos. Please be sure to check beforehand!
