Very nice place, but it is better not to drink the water, it is usually heavily polluted with nitrates and coli.

The only thing Our Lady demands from those who come to her who are thirsty is humility. If you want to drink from the famous Frauenbründl spring in the municipality of Baiern, you have to get on your knees outside in front of the Marienkapelle. With a ladle, bottle or bare hands, visitors draw the cold, clear water, which is said to have healing powers, from the knee-deep stone basin set into the floor. At the pilgrimage church Frauenbründl, the once bubbling, famous healing spring is now just a meager trickle. What seems like a punishment from God in the face of the corona virus, should be man-made.Source and further information
