Enjoy the view of the Zschopau Valley and gather strength for the many hikes you can start from this vantage point.

From the "Affenstein" viewpoint, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Zschopau Valley. From here, you can see part of Zschopau and observe the Wilischthal train station as a model railway. Below you, by the river, is the former Federnwerk factory, which is still active today, although it no longer produces springs.

On the Affenstein, there are also two benches for resting before continuing your hike. The trail leads you through a beautiful forest area towards Wilischthal and Zschopau, or Grießbach and Ehrenfriedersdorf.
