This beach is best visited off-season. Once frequented primarily by locals, it has become a tourist destination over time. During the summer, restaurants and beach services are set up. Off-season, it retains its wild appearance. If you walk north, you'll reach the mouth of the Po di Maistra. Heading south, you'll reach one of the mouths of the valleys behind the beach.
