Excellent point where to appreciate the Roman bridge of Ourense. The historic stone footbridge that crosses the Miño River was built in the 1st century AD. C. Due to its age, the bridge has been reformed on different occasions. The last one during the 17th century, directed by Melchor de Velasco Agüero, who gave it its current appearance of medieval style.
