Its elevated position made it a strategic location for controlling the territory and the passage of the Ebro River.
Today, it is a place steeped in history, with spectacular panoramic views, perfect for a stop on mountain biking or hiking trails in the area.
Declared a Site of Cultural Interest, it is part of the network of Iberian sites in Aragon.
