The Distillery, here you can also taste the rum distilled exclusively for the Maritim Hotel (New Grove Rum, Savoir Faire, Single Cask, Vintage 2009 #405) during rum tasting. There is also a rooftop bar and a restaurant (both are probably always open on Fridays, as the local staff told us).
