THE SWAMP. This is how the Bajoz river reservoir is popularly known. This reservoir and other complementary constructions (ditches, and wells with their respective ponds) were built by the Parcel Concentration Service in the 50s, to irrigate farmland in the valley. Over time and after several droughts it has lost its initial purpose.
