Road cycling
The famous mural "El hombre en la encrucijada" (Man at the Crossroads) was conceived by Diego Rivera in 1933 for the Rockefeller Center in New York. It was destroyed in 1934 for including Lenin's face. Rivera painted a new version titled "El hombre controlador del universo" at the Palacio de Bellas Artes in Mexico City.
