Take your time and walk up the steep empty river bed. Suddenly you get a view of Lake Issyk-Kul. Getting there is quite tough, and it means you'll have to climb up some weird sandy tracks. Getting down is even harder. When walking down, you should take the path to the left (North) - don't take the empty river bed!

All the effort is very much worth it!
