To get to this trail you have to go up from Barcelonnette along a good forest road with beautiful views to the Col des Aralis and then you will simply continue on your mountain bike down. At the top it is steep with some tight bends, which will be slippery when wet. After that, it becomes smoother all the way back to the valley.
The top part is a very steep and technical descent, with many hairpin turns. Some parts are very exposed.
