Personally, I have traveled it downhill and have not found any particular difficulties. The more difficult passages have been equipped with small metal steps where there are no foot supports. Very cool and very adventurous.

We continued uphill, and there were about three "wall" moments, all of which were easy to climb thanks to the stirrups, as long as you don't have too big a backpack. Hiking boots and sunscreen, and especially enough water, due to the blazing sun and the shade-free route.
