Town located in the Garrotxa that forms part of the municipality of Vall de Bas in the province of Gerona.
Its origin is located in the 18th century from a hostel (or "hostalet" in Catalan) located on the banks of the head of the river Fluviá on the edge of the old Camino Real that went from Olot to Vic.

There is a small bakery next to the bar. It had good coca-bread that you can bring to the bar and enjoy with your coffee.
