Hiking
The pond was created by damming the stream that flows past. A small bridge leads to a small island with beautiful white benches. Also on the island is a stone with the inscription: Maria Island 1867 and a crown. It is intended to commemorate the visit and the bond with Duchess Maria von Sachsen-Weimar-Eisenach. Her husband was the brother of the King of Prussia.
