    The Sky Meadows State Park is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The former owner Paul Mellon named his property Skye Farm after the Scottish Isle of Skye. He donated the land in 1975 and since then it not only is a great place for hiking and horse back riding, but it also offers the Mt. Bleak-Skye Farm. Here you can explore a total of 23 historic buildings from the area.
