    Davey Dogwood Park is a 254-acre (103 ha) greenspace to the north of the small city of Palestine. There are around 8 miles (13 km) of hike and bike trails in the park, including a trail to a scenic overlook at Manley Mountain, one of Anderson County's highest points. Dogs are allowed in the park, though they must be kept on a leash.
