Point of origin of the old cattle route that went from Cunit to Santa Coloma de Queralt and then to the Pyrenees. It is well signposted inside the town, but then there are not many traces (although there are signs for other tourist routes in Cunit).
The shepherds used to leave from here before summer to go up to the pastures of the Pyrenees and come down again before winter. In Santa Coloma de Queralt several paths crossed and it was also the site of an important livestock fair.
