The planet path leads to Spalt and you are amazed to see celestial bodies just before Spalt. The path is completely paved, on an old railway line and easy to drive. Consideration for pedestrians is required!

Great cycle path in the countryside parallel to the main road.

In the summer of 2000, a planetary path[43] was opened between Georgensgmünd and Spalt on a scale of 1:1,000,000,000. The sun and the eight planets orbiting it (as well as Pluto) are shown as scale models with their distances from each other. The planetary path begins behind the Georgensgmünd town hall square with a solar globe. The route leads along a seven-kilometer-long cycle path through the Rezattal to the Spalt train station, where Pluto is located as the (dwarf) planet furthest from the sun. A panel for each of the celestial bodies explains the most important data.
