Le Locle–Les Brenets railway line
The Le Locle–Les Brenets railway line is a Swiss narrow-gauge railway. It is operated by Transports Publics Neuchâtelois (short name TransN) and has connected Le Locle in the Neuchâtel Jura with the village and popular tourist destination Les Brenets since 1890.
After the Second World War, the railway line was modernized and electrified. Electric operation under 1500 volts direct current began on July 1, 1950.
