The Lakeview Recreation Area lies at the eastern trailhead of the Trail Between the Lakes in the Sabine National Forest. It's nestled on the shores of Toledo Bend Reservoir and there are camping facilities, toilets and water. Facilities are open all year round though there is a charge to camp overnight.
