Cycling on a beautiful path!
The Aclatobel natural forest reserve was established in 2009 for 50 years through contracts between the owners and the canton of Grisons and Pro Natura. With 370 ha, it is the largest of its kind in Nordbünden. It extends from the Tenner Cross over the Aclatobel down to the Rabiusa and goes on the opposite side of the valley with the state forest to almost the height of Precent. Due to this topographical extension, the area is particularly interesting as a natural forest reserve. It covers almost all exposures and a very large height difference. The area contains a very large variety of different forest communities.
