The journey to Turku from Helsinki is very easy by train. There is a local train with plenty of space for bicycles from the airport to Helsinki city center. From Helsinki to Turku there are bicycle compartments that can be reserved on the hourly IC (Intercity) trains (Pendolino trains do not take bicycles - timetable and tickets at vr.fi). Currently (May 2024) the train does not go to Turku, but to Kuppittaa (Turkku), a 10-minute drive to the city center.

Day 3: Camping Kittuis to Camping Livonsaari is 90 KM or 5 hours (livonsaarencaravan.fi/).
Day 4: Camping Livonsaari to Turkku is around 40 km or 2.5 hours on the last day - then you can also travel back to Helsinki
An alternative campsite for day 4 would be a campsite in Mussalo, which would have shortened day 3 a bit (sfcmussalo.fi/)
