In earlier times, sulfur was mined in the Val Viera [Val Viéira]. Today it still bears witness to a small source of sulfur. This is taken and ripples from a well pipe. In front of it is a bench for resting, with a beautiful view of the opposite slope. From the parking lot P2 (at the end of the first gallery) you need about 1 hour on foot, with sturdy shoes.

Hiking
It starts from the P2 Vie'ira car park and immediately faces the iron ladder that allows you to pass over the artificial tunnel of the Strada del Gallo to go to the other side. From here, take the path. N176 which in the first part is grassy and then winds its way into a beautiful forest of larch and mountain pines. At the end of this easy walk, you reach the source of sulfur water.
