I definitely recommend looking at the closure plan on the Ritten homepage under Gastronomy. Since the Kinighof has slightly different opening times than most other "Buschenschänken".

Hiking
The Buschenschank Kinighof is surrounded by apple orchards and you have a wonderful view and since they have apple trees themselves there is freshly squeezed apple juice during the harvest season. The Kinighof doesn't open again until September. (Wednesdays are rest days)
