The Pico de Bastiments with its 2,881m is the easternmost mountain of the Pyrenees that reaches 2,800 meters; but there no longer exists any peak that exceeds this height. It is located on the axis between Ripollès and Conflent, which separates the Circo de Ulldeter and the Circo de Bacivers.

Truly spectacular views, if you come from the West of Pic de la Dona you can continue along the ridge to Freser and Pic de l'infern. Highly recommended, although you need to be in good physical shape and be used to slightly rough terrain.
