The village was on the Eselsbach.
The Eselsbach is now called Blaubach (Sigisweilerbach).
With the construction of the railway line, the stream was also diverted.
Today the stream runs parallel to the railway embankment.
A piece of the forest is still called the desert hamlet.
The village may have been destroyed in the 30-year war.
