Jim Chapman is a reservoir that was created in 1991. It's a popular fishing spot and is home to the Cooper Lake State Park, which is split into two separate areas: the South Sulphur Unit and the Doctors Creek Unit. The Little Bluestem Loop is located in the western end of the South Sulphur unit and is open to hikers and equestrians.
