Hemmersuppenalm

Extensive pasture area with various hiking trails. A shuttle bus runs between Reit im Winkel and the Hindenburghütte. Magnificent view of the Chiemsee and the surrounding mountains.

...take the shuttle bus to the Hindenburg Hut, where you can have half a litre of isotonic drink to gain some strength and then do a 2-hour circular hike: Anna Chapel, once through the Hemmersuppenalm and then through the forest back to the Hindenburg Hut. Easy to walk, a circular hike with relatively little elevation gain. Also easy for "walkers".

A beautiful path, with pastures, cows, forest and mountain views, over the Hemmersuppenalm.
You also pass the Anna Chapel, where church services are sometimes held outdoors on Sundays.
