Disused canal tunnel (now collapsed) was 1100m long. Built in 1794 it was navigable until 1914, thereafter suffering a series of collapse. Canoeists were still getting through until the 1950’s but it is now fully collapsed and gated at both ends. It had no tow paths so boats had to be taken through by ‘Legging”!
