This alternative to the Portuguese Way accompanies the Tomeza River through trails, wooden walkways and bridges. It has a linear layout of about 4 kilometers that you will not want them to end. The forest, the smell of wet earth and eucalyptus, and the sound of water make this place a must-see.
Of course, it must be taken into account that in the rainy season it is not always advisable to use this path because sometimes it floods and the walkways break.

Known as the Tomeza River as it passes through this town, the Dos Gafos River is a river in the province of Pontevedra, Galicia, Spain. The river dos Gafos rises in the Mato da Xestiña, place of Boullosa, in Figueirido, in the municipality of Vilaboa, and flows into the Pontevedra estuary, in the city of Pontevedra, in the Corbaceiras neighborhood. It has a route of 10,830 meters, a good part of them parallel to the Camino de Santiago on its Portuguese route. Except for its last 600 metres, it has a south-north orientation, which is unusual for a river in the Rías Bajas.
