The former coach house of the Villa Baare dates back to 1890, where until 1945 the coachman of the Baare family lived and after the war the widow of Friedrich Baare lived. After her death, the coach house went to the town of Wattenscheid (now Bochum), which let her forestry aides live there and left the use of the house to the SGV after its removal.
