Large church with an iconic high tower in the center of Etten. Main work of architect P.J. van Genk, and one of its largest church buildings. Presumably the St. Lambertuskerk in Etten and the St. Gummaruskerk in Wagenberg are the two largest, by P.J. van Genk, church buildings. The neo-Gothic cruciform basilica was built under the influence of early French and Flemish Gothic. Interior sober in 1958. Restored late 2000s - early 2010s.
