Tips
A gravel path runs parallel to the Solzbach for several hundred meters as a worthwhile alternative route to the paved cycle path on the B27. The directly adjacent excavator hole is currently being expanded, it is part of the 4th construction phase of the Fulda floodplain renaturation near Bebra-Breitenbach. On the other side of the stream in the direction of the Fulda, the bird sanctuary with special breeding and resting areas has already been designated. The Solz is crossed using a wooden bridge, for trucks there is currently an overpass instead of the ford.
