Over the centuries, over twenty mills [6] and industrial plants operated by the power of water operated at the Oliwa Stream and its tributaries. They were numbered against the stream - from the 1st mill in Jelitkowo, to the 24th mill in the Krzaczasty Młyn Valley [7]. The complex of mills by the Oliwa Stream was mostly destroyed by time and various circumstances (wars, fires, lack of a farmer).
