First of all: According to komoot, the route above Filippo is closed. But she isn't!

Between San Giorgio and San Filippo the route has little difference in altitude. The descent from Filippo is always narrow and steep. In general, there are sections that are very easy to drive when newly asphalted, but constantly alternate with bad, narrow paths. The shadow play of the trees is treacherous when the asphalt surface is cracked. So you always have to stay focused on the descent, it's not a racetrack. You can really let it run further down when you go in the direction of Calvisio (another highlight).

FOR LANDSCAPE ENJOYERS, this route is perfect. Serpentines through groves, views of the surrounding mountains, rocks and valleys, Liguria in its purest form.
