The ossuary is located in the village of Bystrze in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, it dates back to the end of the 14th century. The bones of the fallen in the so-called the Thirteen Years' War, fought in the years 1454–1466 between the state of the Teutonic Order and the Crown of the Kingdom of Poland. In the interior, on the walls there are disappearing fragments of three Gothic paintings from around 1400: Deesis, the Last Judgment and the Mother of God. It is a pity that the last renovation of the monument took place in 1970.
