Tips
Surrounded by many mighty beeches, the Haferdeck rock towers over the pond. It is one of the popular rock formations around Friedenfels and can be easily reached via the Steinwald cycle path. If you want to hike up the rock, you can walk the Goldsteig or the Friedenfels circular hiking trail "blue" from the brewery.
The rock formation is freely accessible.
