It's always nice when such gems appear along the way. A mill was first mentioned here in 1456. Today's mill, which was built in the 18th century, was in service until 1900.

The Adamsmühle was a water mill on the Wurm. Today it belongs to the city of Würselen. The first mention of the mill comes from the first archived feudal register in Aachen from the year 1456. At that time it was called "New Mill". With a share transfer in 1618, Hein Adams became the owner of the flour and oil mill with his family; he also gave the plant its current name. The current mill building dates from the period 1725 to 1750. The mill worked until around 1900 and was last served by two undershot iron water wheels. (Source: de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adamsmühle)
