    Hiking

    Marysieńka is a low-mineralized spring water, very tasty compared to other spring waters flowing in Rymanów-Zdrój. It's also suitable for cooking, for example, for tea or soup; we tried it successfully. The problem is that the current yield of the Marysieńka spring is negligible – you have to wait about half a minute to fill a glass.

    Indications: tasty water for preparing meals in the household, urolithiasis, gout.


    - Ignacy spring - water characteristics: 0.42% chloride-hydrocarbonate-sodium boron water. Total dissolved solids approx. 4207 mg/dm3.
    Indications: diseases of the upper respiratory tract, diseases of the biliary tract, stones in the urinary and biliary tracts, gastritis.
    Contraindications: circulatory and respiratory failure, hypertension.


    - spring Jan - sulphide spring; water characteristics: 0.17% bicarbonate-sodium-calcium, boric, sulphide water. Total dissolved solids approx. 1700 mg/dm3.
    Indications: urolithiasis, except for phosphate, chronic inflammation of the urinary tract.
