One of the many medicinal springs for which Rymanów-Zdrój is famous.

The Marysieńka spring is slightly mineralized, soft water, recommended for preparing meals at home, in case of urinary tract stones and urate diathesis.

Ignacy's Water, chloride-bicarbonate-sodium boron, is used in the treatment of upper respiratory tract diseases, biliary tract diseases, urolithiasis, and gastritis, but is contraindicated in case of circulatory and respiratory failure and hypertension.

Jan Spring is sulphide, bicarbonate-sodium-calcium, boron and sulphide water, used for urinary tract stones (except for phosphate stones) and chronic inflammations of the urinary tract.

Each of these waters has its own specific use and should be used as directed, especially in the case of existing diseases.

Marysieńka is a low-mineralized spring water, very tasty compared to other spring waters flowing in Rymanów-Zdrój. It's also suitable for cooking, for example, for tea or soup; we tried it successfully. The problem is that the current yield of the Marysieńka spring is negligible – you have to wait about half a minute to fill a glass.
