    Mountaineering

The summit of the Elfer - also called Elferkopf - is the highest point of the mountain massif west of the Reschensee, which also includes the Zwölfer (-kopf) and the Zehner (-kopf). Here is a nice round trip. The summit offers fantastic views thanks to its altitude and central location. However, this is a tough and very long tour that demands absolute surefootedness.
The 911 forms together with the ten and the twelve the so-called Rojener sundial. On the penalty leads also a not too long, but a bit steep ski tour.
