Originally a late baroque residence, it was built in the mid-18th century. Around 1848, the Niemojowskis were rebuilt. At the beginning of the 20th century, another reconstruction was made to adapt it to a school. The facades are plastered with a chained architectural detail. Until recently, as the property of the Raszków commune, it served as apartments, and the condition of the building left much to be desired. Luckily, in 2018 the modernization of the palace and its adaptation into a cultural institution began. The designer of the reconstruction is Władysław Podonowski.
