The dunes around De Panne are one of the last large untouched dune areas in Belgium. This nature reserve stretches along the coast and offers a beautiful view over the North Sea. The area consists of a varied dune landscape, with sand dunes, grasslands, marshy areas and small woods. It is one of the few places where nature has been preserved in its original state.
