On the way to Seebensee there are two possible via ferratas ("Hoher Gang" and "Immensteig"). If you would like to run both, you should definitely choose the Immensteig as the descent, as it is less demanding downhill and smaller climbing passages have to be crossed. With both ways you should leave the white sneakers at home and put on sturdy shoes. Climbing equipment is not necessary. Some of the paths are rope-insured.
