Welcome to the lowest place on earth, the Dead Sea.
Amazing day out , used to-be free, now they charge 40 shekels per person . Plenty shops for souvenirs of any kind, lots of body products, kids beach toys if you forget yours and enough refreshments places. Most staff are Palestinians on low wage,still they are very welcoming and helpful.

Good bathing spot to swim in the Dead Sea. There is a defined bathing area, lifeguard, a jetty into the water, showers on the "beach" to shower off and above there are also proper showers and changing rooms.
