Pwllgwaelod is a really special little cove of dark sand and shingle looking out across the bay to Fishguard.

There are low rocks on both sides to clamber over and numerous rock pools.

A visit here isn't really complete unless you stop off at the Old Sailors pub, following in the footsteps of Dylan Thomas. The Old Sailors has been there in one form or another for over 500 years! Drink in the history.
