Mountain biking
This was previously marked as a Permissive Track but is still used. The way is fairly flat but there's a straight section that is rugged with limestone and black, peaty soil that is a best attacked with speed.

Not too rough. Any gravel/ cross bike will be more than good enough to cope with this track.
